Cyndi Lauper's site has been updated and when you enter her site, there's soft music playing and you see Cyndi and I beleive it's her sister hugging and you see on the bottom of the pic family/friends of gay/bi/lesbian families.Cyndi has always been a gay activist and her sister is a known lesbian and fights for equality among all people.When I logged in, I thaught it was beautiful and I had to share it with you all.Cyndi will also, be touring this summer for her album "At Last".more info www.cyndilauper.com

Cyndi is a true artist and will always sing great music and do some acting.Nadia Turner of "American Idol" covered one of her songs, but Nadia did not win that much love from the judges.
Cyndi still sells, she plays in big arenas and small clubs.She is also, known to sing at Gay Prides/Special events.Cyndi was also nominated again for a grammy in 2004, for her cover of "Unchained Melody"Cyndi is the first female solo artist to have 5 top 10 hits on a solo album.Cyndi one best new artist in 1984.Cyndi is a Grammy, Emmy,American Music Award,Mtv Video Award winner.Cyndi will soon be venturing into more acting-Stage and TV, this year she will guest star in the final season of "Queer As Folk" and play a teacher in "That's so Raven".Cyndi will also, tour this summer.She has a son who plays the drums, he's very young-but she did add him on a music number one time, he's so cute.Cyndi is married to actor David Thornton ("Unhook The Stars" with Marisa Tomei,"Mrs.Parker & The Vicious Circle" with Jennifer Jason Leigh,"Off and Running" with Cyndi Lauper).Cyndi is also, one of the very few artists who added their mom in most of her early videos, she also, had many of her friends as well.more info www.cyndilauper.com
