I HAD AN INCIDENT THE OTHER DAY WITH A CUSTOMER WHO CAME IN AND CLAIMED THAT SHE TOOK THE NOZZLE OF THE GAS AND IT WENT ALL OVER HER CAR. SHE SAID SHE WANTED HER MONEY BACK BLAH BLAH. SO I IMMEDIATLY GO TO THE BACK AND GET THIS KITTY LITTER AND GET READY TO PUT IT IN THE GAS CAUSE THAT PROTOCAL. AND I'M OUTSIDE AND NOTICE HER CAR IS NOT IN FRONT OF THE GAS TANK ABOUT A YARD AWAY AND I ASK HER MAAM IS THIS WHERE YOUR CAR WAS WHEN YOU PUMPED YOUR GAS SHE SAYS "YES WHY?" I SAID "MAYBE THATS WHY IT DID WHAT IT DID." SHE SAID "NO NO IT DIDN'T IT DIDN'T CLICK OFF AND IT KEPT ON" BUT SEE SHE CAME IN TO GET WATER TO WASH IT OFF HER CAR. WHEN YOU SPILL GAS IT SMELLS ALOT DOESN'T MATTER IF WATER HITS OR NOT. AND SHE MADE THE WATER GO ALL OVER THE FRONT OF HER CAR AND BACK. I STILL PROCEEDED TO PUT THE KITTY LITTER ON THE "SPILL" AND SHE SAYS "DON'T PUT NO FUKIN KITTY LITTER ON MY CAR!" THATS ALL THE BITCH NEEDED TO SAY I FLIPPED OUT I TELL HER "DON'T FUKIN TELL ME HOW TO DO MY FUKIN JOB! I HAVE TO FUKIN PUT THIS IN ORDER TO PREVENT AN ACCIDENT WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMER!!!" (GAS IS VERY SLIPPERY) AND TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH IT WASN'T ALOT ON THE FLOOR BUT I WAS SO HEATED I DIDN'T TAKE NOTICE THAT IT DIDN'T SMELL LIKE GAS. THE BITCH HAS TO ORDACITY TO TELL ME "YOU SAID THE F' WORD TO ME." i RESPONDED TO HER "WHAT THE FUK YOU COME OUT YOUR FACE AND EXPECT FOR ME NOT TO RETALIATE?" SHE TELLS ME "BUT I'M THE CUSTOMER I'M ALWAYS RIGHT" i TOLD HER " NOT FUKIN HERE. IF YOU FUKED UP YOU GONNA GET IT JUST LIKE YOU GIVE IT. YOU AIN'T GOT NO PA p***y ASS BIATCH WORKIN HERE." THEN I HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER CAUSE SHE WANTED TO TALK TO HIM WHICH OF COURSE I DID TO GET THE BITCH OUT MY FACE AND SHE PLAYS VICTIM TELLS HIM SHE PUMPED GAS GOT ALL OVER HER CAR THAT THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED TO HER AND GOT ON HER CLOTHES BLAH BLAH. SO IT WASN'T HER FIRST TIME SPILLING THE SHIT. MY MANAGER TELLS ME TO GIVE HER THE MONEY AND SEND HER OFF ASKED ME IF I CURSED AND I SAID HELL YEAH SHE DID IT FIRST. SHE WANTS RESPECT SHE GIVES IT IF SHE DON'T SHE AIN'T GETTIN IT. NONE OF MY CUSTOMERS EVER GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND THOSE WHO HAVE ARE FRIENDLY AS SHIT NOW CAUSE I PUT THIER ASS IN PLACE. WELL I DIDN'T GET IN TROUBLE. CAUSE I'M COOL LIKE THAT,

MORAL IS IF THEY DISH IT OUT TO YA GIVE IT RIGHT BACK FUK ALL THAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
 
You are soooo correct. I used to work at the Gap 5-6 years ago, and I remember this one psycho customer came in with this attitude (all because she knew someone in the corporate office). Anyway she kept staring at me as I was doing the transaction; prior to that she came up with all of these complicated questions about the transaction, so complicated that I had to call the manager over. So as I was finishing up ringing up her stuff, she goes "You know I don't like your attitude, I know someone in corporate I can always call them up". I told her, "Ma'am not once did I get an attitude with you, you came to me for help, and now I am helping you out." Who knows, the bitch was probably having a bad day, and chose me out of all people to try and take her fire out on me. So anyway, she ended up leaving with an attitude anyway, and complained to the manager in the Men's Department, which in turn the manager in the Men's Department told my manager in the Women's Department and then the Women's manager pulled me and two other people over telling us about what was said from the psychotic bitch. I could have cursed the lady out, but there was so many people around me, I didn't want to look like a fool.

The stupid managers took the psycho bitch's side (all because she was a customer) and told us that they didn't want to hear complaints like that anymore. So even some of the managers feel that the customers are always right.

That's one of the reasons why I quit the retail business.
 
Gurl Let Me Tell You Customers Have Thrown Stuff At Our Workers And There Have Been Brawls. Lmaoo. One Customer Took A Clipboard And Threw It At My Ex-coworker And He Took That Customer Outside And It Was On! Lmaooo. In My Store They Get Whooped. Lmao Ahhh Reminds Me Of Ny. I Miss My Ny.

i hate customers i hate service. i hate the whole service industry top to bottom.

i think the quickest way we can stop this service crap. is to create businesses

that are so good. that customers have to stick it up there ass.


like example.

lowes is a good example. ffff**** the customer. cuase where else are you gonna buy wood? home depot?

wall mart great example. where else are you gonna buy cheap?

honda great ex. where else are poor people gonna buy a car no one can break?

etc,.


the reason why customers have all this power in this country these days. is cuase theres to many businesses that do the same thing.

so the freeking guy has like 1000 choices.

the idea is to cut down the amount of choices the customer has?

so you can treat him like shhhit.

thats why i hate small businesses cuase it empowers the customers to no end.


thats why i loved the 80's and 70's.

cuase everything was big businesses. and customer had to shet the F up. and wait. llloll or take it up the ass.

and we all had jobs for life?

cuase customers had noooooooooooo power.

thats what we need to get back to. to stop this customer. frenzy economy.

where they can bitch about anything they make up?

either that or pass legislation.

but im for big business making a come back. and slowly eliminating small businesses. back to 80's levels. so abuses on employees can be cut down.
 
I think the worst jobs to work in are retail jobs. Thats where you deal with alot of people that are not happy lol
 
NOPE....ur wrong. I think the WORST job is FAST FOOD!!

I used to work at Taco Bell Express & "ALOT" of the customers are just straight up ASSHOLES!! Most of them look to complain just to TRY to get FREE FOOD,And they bitch about almost ANYTHING!! This is one of the reasons I got out of fast food & just said F*** IT.

We live in a world nowadays that CUSTOMERS would take out their angers on OTHER PPL in the employment world...be it Fast Food..Retail..just about ANYWHERE. I seen ppl sh8t on workers at in Fast Food just cause their BOSS gave them a hard time & they go to lunch & take it out on some person who is just filling in on his day off.

Actually.... I think EVERYONE has attitude in the jobplace..and takes it to someone else for NO REASON!

The Boss had a argument with his wife the night before.. And didn't get laid. He goes to work pissed off & takes it out on his employees.. The employees are now pissed off...And takes it out on customers...The customers get pissed & takes it out at home...etc etc..

i dont know i could care less about todays present business world. what i do know is that i never sceen employees have as many problems as we do today llloll

id eliminate as many small buinesses as i could. there the reason all these illegal aliens are here.

then id pass hammer like legislation protecting workers on everything.

then i slowly go on a campaign to get workers some respect again.

like bush did with the military over the last 5 years.

we need that for workers. make them untouchable again like in the old days.

this country was built on big businesses. were more comfrotable with it? we can cover everybody. and empployees have more rights.

I loathe todays present business culture like you cant imagine. i detest having to deal with any of my co workers personalities. when i know 20 years ago. theyd be to afraid to talk. and would have there Noses down working! like back in the day.

there mouth would had been dead closed. when we use to have respect and discpline at the office.

i do anything to see those days again. so bel me i feel you. when ever a scum bag co workers.

says anything to me not work related. or on a personal or fratty nature.

you cant imagine how i feel like beating the shit out of him llloll.

i give anything for the old days. when people weret allowed to consort in the office.

so guess we have to put up for it for now? till those days come back if they ever do.

theres nothing worse than having to know your profession and your co workers personal life.

pretty soon well need to get a degree in both ?
