Thanks God I don't work in customer service no more. Man, customers are rude and jack asses. Especially, the ones who think they can talk to you any kind of way. I don't think so. I was always getting into it with my customers. Being the smart ass that I am I couldn't hold it back! I like it when they say "isn't the customer always right"! "I'd say no but if I want to pay my bills I gotta say yes!". Woman were bigger jerks than me!

you just got me pissed. obviouly u do not have a clue if one is lazy u do not start your own business u will fail i ran one for 8 yrs it was no picnic takes a lot of hard work put in some 75 +hrs a week for little pay
 
when i was in high school,i worked as a busboy,in an italian restaurant. one night a man at a table,snapped his fingers at me,so i politely said,if you need me,please call me,wait till i come by,or just say come here with your finger,this s.o.b said i am paying the bill,and i can call you anyway i want, so he ended up with a ginder in his manicotti!!!!!!!!
 
i work customer service and one day this guy came in giving me shit about a videogame this game looked like he ran a fork across it so anyway i exchanged the game but opened up the new one because of refund fraud he started going off in spanish i started arguing right back in spanish his girl was looking at me i was like say something bitch i'ma jump over this counter and take it out on your ass all the white people were just standind there like wtf is going on i was mad as hell then but i laugh about it now lol

That is some FUNK up sh8t LAMATRIX. And I mean from the customer of course. Do you still work at the gas station? The reason I ask is because I hear nowadays it has become even more difficult for people working at a gas station that are behind the counter. The people are apparenly freaking mad at the HIGH gas prices and taking it out on the clerks. What are your personal observations about this?

damn you guys took this to a whole new level. but I will say this i don't think this economy is fuked up because of small businesses. Thank God for them. It's thru them that we can get something thats affordable and you get a more one on one with them than with a big business. My husband works for himself. doesn't have to take any one's shit or work the hours that they say. he works when he wants. He gives the customer what they want but if they got something stupid to say like one lady told him "i can get this for cheaper in this other place" he told her you go right ahead because no one has my style of lettering (he's a graphic artist/airbrush/silkscreen/signmaker) no one is going to give you that price for the quality of work that I give you. SHe knew he was right there isn't anyone like him out here. lots of imataters but never like him. and i like it because he's home all the time with the kids. works out of the basement and it's great. The only reason i work at the gas station is because this town sucks and he can't get all the business he wants. otherwise my ass would be home. and who do i have to thank? you got it the big businesses out there. always knockin the minority who is trying to make it out there. Just trying to eat. not all small businesses are bad. and maybe small businesses have alot of mexican people working but there isn't one big company out there who would ever give them a chance because they have to go thru the so called right channels. Point is this is what helps lots of them at least become legal while they work instead of our lazy ass citizens who already live off the system. IT goes both ways. The reason a small business can't do what you are saying rbonuc is because reality is alot of them can't afford health care. Thanks to our wonderful government.
