Look at that person they say
With the big fat nose
Or look at the other one
With all the wrong clothes
Or Wow! That person is really fat!
How could they stand to carry all of that!
Don't judge a person by the color of their skin
They could be Jamaican, PuertoRican or Dominican
But of course that would not matter to you at all
When ignorance is all that you've been taught
Sitting there gloating
About all the things you know
When out of your mouth
It's manure that flows
Haven't you ever been taught some respect?
Rudeness and ignorance is what I mostly detest
People that speak rapidly
And don't even bother to think
Walking and acting
Like their shit don't stink
Speaking words of cruelty and out of spite
Knowing it could scar a person for life
So let it be to you
A lesson learned
Because in life you never know
When it will be your turn. 😉
 
*standing ovation* bella you don't know how much that applies to me these days...not so much about me...but I'm saying everywhere I look people seem to be talking shyt about EVERYTHING...thanks for putting into perspective...you are trully talented 🙂
 
awwww....thanks guys! Gina you're right about peeps always saying rude things all the time. My two recent poems are things that I had been meaning to write about and it just poured out of my head.

But this poem reminds me of high school and the cruelty that I've seen. (I was picked on for being quiet) yeah, true! Now I speak my mind more cause I got tired of people saying things around me and getting away with it.

🙁 I can definately relate... im in highschool rite now & i always get made fun of cuz im quiet, too.... And for some stupid reason this girl hates me cuz i change my laces on my phat farms and because i have different shoes to go with my outfits 0.o thatz stupid...

I hope one day i can become as strong as you and speak my mind.. cuz like you i truly am tired of ppl talking shyt and getting away with it... But in the mean time... VERY NICE WRITING!! 😀

Your welcome...see thankfully I never really got picked on growing up of course there's comments here and there I think everyone gets that but not often at all...but not for anything that's one thing I never picked on people cuz my mom always taught me the golden rule...do unto others as u would have them do unto u...those are words I live by to this day...prob the best thing i was ever taught...but hey what i'm sure that it made u the stronger person u are today 🙂
 
Grk.....as the years go by you will become a stronger person. I've learned alot myself and yes I feel bad for not saying much in school. (I'm 30 now) Should've ran for class president and would've done a better job. No time for regrets these days.

I realize you only live once. So it's good to laugh and cry when necessary and to keep things in perspective. Just let it all out and don't worry about what the next person thinks of it.
