Cover Girl "Satisfy" Album????

I just received my Cover Girls "Satisfy" cd from amazon.com. YAHOOO! But sadly, I didnt know Evelyn wasnt on this cd! Did anyone ever see The Cover Girls from this album? The cd is pretty good actually. But my favorite cd to date is "Here It Is" Does anyone know the status of the group? Im still waiting for some new music! Its been like FOREVER!!!!

Actually, they do have new music on the way. They've been recording new material, working, touring and they have there families too. But you can always feel free to PM Evelyn324. She a member here on CF and I'm sure she'll be glad to answer your questions. The last song the Cover Girls recorded was a remake of Sweet Sensation's classic Hooked On You!!

Evelyn wasn't on the Satisfy album? But I remember her promoting it back in 96 and they performed "I Am Woman"....what gives?

To my knowledge Evelyn wasnt apart of the "Satisfy" project. Michelle did some lead vocals along with two other girls. I dont even know their names. I also have the cd. I too like "Here It Is" the best!

I Need Your Lovin'

Evelyn did sing on the R&B and the Club Mix of "I Need Your Lovin'". she sang the second verse and I believe Gayle Ellis sang the first verse (Gayle also sang lead on "I Am Woman"). You should check out the "I Need Your Lovin" Remix Single. Evelyn sounds awesome on it! But when doesn't she!! 🙂

Hey, thanks so much for keeping the covergirls alive on cf and for the continual support that keeps us going. I did not participate on the "Satisfy" album but I did rejoin in time to record the remix version of "I need your Lovin" with then member Gayle. Right now we are recording our new material and hopefully you'll be hearing from us soon. Sabrina, Lorraine and myself would like to thank all of you die hard covergirl fans that truly inspire us and have supported us through out the years. Remember I said this, and I know this first hand because I've seen it up close and personal, the Covergirls put on an awesome performance. They are the ultimate professionals and there performance can only be summed up as a memorable experience. But as I've said before, my favorite song the girls do is "Wishing On A Star". If you ever get to see the girls live, do so. You will not be disappointed. It is my honor and privilege to be able to know the girls and work in some of the bigest arenas on the same shows. Keep up the good work. ClubFreestyle, keep showing your love for the Covergirls because I can tell you this.. they love you. Keep doing your thing Evelyn...
