Concert opportunity for your record label, artists, website, media company, or vendors! (DJs too)
Hello. This is Serafin with eDigital Records (www.dhebei.com).
I will be promoting a few concerts at Fresno’s new Downtown Stadium (holds about 10,000 for concerts) this summer (http://www.fresnogrizzlies.com/stadium.html). These events will be co-sponsored by the City of Fresno. There will be events/concerts for Urban/r&b/Hip-Hop music, Rock/Alternative music, and Latin music. The following is a list of the 3 first events / concerts that I will be promoting:
July 2003: ‘California Urban Music Festival and Conference’. This event will be a hip-hop, rap, r&b, dance and soul music concert along with an expo about the music business. Several industry professionals will have booths at the stadium to help educate aspiring artists about the industry. Also, the event will be highlighted by a concert that will feature a national act or two as well as several local and regional artists. The concert will be separated into two segments. The first segment will feature these local and regional acts. The second segment will be separated by an intermission and feature 2 or 3 national acts. A local radio partner will be contracted for ads and remotes.
August 2003: ‘California Rock & Alternative Music Festival and Conference’. This event will be a rock, alternative, and experimental music concert along with an expo about the music business. Several industry professionals will have booths at the stadium to help educate aspiring artists about the industry. Also, the event will be highlighted by a concert that will feature a national act or two as well as several local and regional artists. The concert will be separated into two segments. The first segment will feature these local and regional acts. The second segment will be separated by an intermission and feature 2 or 3 national acts. A local radio partner will be contracted for ads and remotes.
September 2003: ‘California Latin Music Festival / Ferria de Musica Latina’. This will be just a concert for all genres of Latin Music. The artist roster will include national, regional, and local talent. Two or more radio partners will be contracted for ads and remotes.

Each interested company, like yours, will be able to negotiate their own arrangements directly with me to best suit both our needs and goals. Here is a small list of possible benefits to your company:
Booth(s) at the events/concerts
Logo/contact placement on flyers, posters, print ads (minimum 20,000 flyers and 1,000 posters)
Mentions in radio ads, for major supporters (6 week schedule running on local station(s))
Banner ads or links on the concert series website(s)
Providing guest speaker(s) for the conferences at the events
Exposure at other eDigital Records promotional events
The purpose for these events are twofold. First, I manage and promote a new r&b artists named Dhebei ( www.dhebei.com ). She has already accomplished more than could have been expected in the last year. She has opened for Ice Cube, Snoop Dog, Amanda Perez, Smilez & Southstar, and several other top-40 artists. She has also performed several national anthems at Pro and Collegiate events. She already has many more big shows lined up for 2003. The main thrust of the events I will be promoting this summer will be to further expose Dhebei to the Central Valley and the rest of California.
Secondly, I am working with the City of Fresno to give a rush of adrenaline to the their Downtown Stadium, which did not do so well in its first year with music/concert events. The City of Fresno will be co-sponsoring my events and have pledged to me great support and the resources of the Convention Center office. I have met with both Mike Sweeney and Bruce Bucz at the City of Fresno Convention Center Office and they requested my help. I have committed to doing my best to take charge of and promote events to help boost the City’s new stadium.
