My one co-worker has been hating on me lately.Ever since they strarted giving me special projects to complete.Its not my fault that I was chosen to do these special projects.By the way,this same co-worker always calls off on mondays...!

That's typical of immature co-workers who get jealous of the workload. I've been through that sooooo many times. That person is just mad because they are lazy and the supervisor knows that you are diligent and that you won't let a project linger. Lata for that hata lol.
