Chapter III " We Stand Alone , Together."

The Coven of Espiritu
Angela arrives in the rain. It's coming down hard. She lands on the roof of this old house. Vampires coming in and out of the main entrance. Trance music blaring. It's more like a club than a coven. She cuts the glass off a window
Angela: Geez, this place smells like someone wiped their ass a million times.
She jumps in and starts exploring her location. Books all over. A library of some sort. Angela starts reading the names to herself. They are written in the old language, some even in aramaic. These are books on black magic. The spell books of Lord Thanos. Angela laughs to herself. She then sets one explosive under a reading table.
Angela: Let's see if you can find replacements for these at Barnes & Nobles jerkoff.
She carefully exits the room and enters the next. Another room, with demon artifacts. She looks around and notices they all depict the same demon. Monifiahazozo is written all over. Is Lord Thanos trying to summon a demon. Did he summon the demon already? She doesn't take a chance. She lays explosives all over the room. As she does down in the basement in Lord Thanos chambers Lady Monica feels a presense.
Lady Monica: I feel something?
Lady Macionia: Feel what?
Lady Monica: We have a visitor.
Angela quickly exits the room and heads down the stairs. She sees a group of young vampires dragging a screaming human. Obviously a sacrifice. She quickly enters a room. She sees a computer monitor on. When she heads over there she sees an email from the Pentagon. It details a battle plan. As she reads more she realizes Lord Sarus had reason for sending her here. She scrolls down and sees her worst fears in the Cyborg called Fallen Angel.
Angela: oh no.
She copies the files onto a disk and begins setting explosives. She hears someone running up the stairs. She arms her rifle and moves into the shadows.
(Entering room)
Lady Monica: (directing a security team) Check the other rooms. Someone has been here.
Officer: Yes Lady Monica.
Lady Monica looks around and she closes the door. She opens a closet door, nothing. She still senses it. The aura of someone she knows, someone she has battled. Someone she hates.
Lady Monica: Come out , come out wherever you are. I am surprised Lord Sarus would be so offensive.
As she walks the room she notices that a window is open. She heads out that window and flies to the roof where she sees Angela setting more explosives. She flies toward Angela and knocks her off the roof. Angela falls to the ground but quickly gets up.
Angela: (Aiming M-16) Come and try it again bitch!
Angela flies into the air and chases Lady Monica. She fires her rifle which catch the attention of the security team. They fly out in the rain after Angela. The hard showers make it difficult to get a good shot. However she does very good in destroying a few of the guards. She releases a flash bomb which blinds the rest , giving her time to regroup. Right then Lady Monica slams into her from behind and into the side of a tree.
Lady Monica: (Pinning Angela to tree) My My, what balls we have grown.
Angela: (struggling) Big enough to beat your ass with them, bitch.
Angela pushes off the tree and slams both of them into the side of the house. At the point of impact the detonator to the explosives falls to the floor. The guards regroup and fire shots at Angela who evades them. Lady Monica then looks to the air and summons a lightning bolt from the rainy sky. She then fires the bolt straight at Angela who moves away from it.
Angela: Hmmmm, Lord Thanos has taught you well.
Lady Monica: Taught? Heavens no. I showed him.
Angela: What?
At that point Lady Monica's face breaks open. Her skin cracks all over and begins falling off. The guards see this and run away from the sight. Lady Monica no longer exists. The awfull form of a demon has taken her place. It grows past 11 feet high. It is some sort of wolf-like animal. It grows a long spiked tail .
Demon: Come out , come out, wherever you are!
The demon spits a horrible flame at Angela who avoids it barely. She lands on the ground and in front of the evacuating vampires. They all run at the sight of the demon. The demon walks to the running horde and begins grabbing them with it's mouth. It devours vampires whole. The screams from them as they are being digested alive. Angela fires all her bullets at the demon who just stands there and takes it.
Demon:Silver doesn't work on me. Come here and die painfully you BITCH!!

Lord Thanos shares with his children 8th Sin and Lady Jade. Lord Sarus senses his presense and enters the room
Lord Sarus: What are you doing here?
Lord Thanos: Lord Sarus, why don't you join us.
( He pours a cup of blood for Lord Sarus)
Lord Sarus: I will not. What are you up to?
Lord Thanos: I am here spending a moment with my children. Is that a problem?
Lord Sarus: Any moment with you is a problem.
Lady Jade: Lord Sarus, you are out of line. He is still our father and we will speak for ourselves.
Lord Sarus: 8th? And you?
8th stands near a window, staring at the moon. He sips from a cup of blood.
8th: When I was a mortal child, I would imagine myself sitting on the moon. Re-arranging the stars and placing them where I saw fit. I dreamt of being their supreme ruler, master of all. Hehehehe, how dreams never become reality. The stars did not choose me. YOU did not choose me Lord Sarus.
Lord Sarus: What are you saying?
8th: Exactly that. You told me I would be an Overlord. I am fit to lead. I am a General, I should lead. I have fought battle, after battle, after battle. And now I was NOT CHOSEN!!!!!!!!! I WAS PUSHED ASIDE FOR ONE WHO SACRIFICED OUR KIND TO RESCUE A PITIFUL HUMAN!!! I WAS PUSHED ASIDE FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT LEAD AN ARMY!!! HE IS A MERE ASSASSIN!!!! I AM A GENERAL, AND I WAS NOT CHOSEN!!!!
(8th throws the glass of blood at a wall)
Lord Sarus: Thats not you who speaks, thats your Father.
8th: THAT MAY BE SO. BUT AT LEAST HE SEES THE GREATNESS IN ME. I WILL LEAD THIS ARMY INTO BATTLE. YOU CAN SIT AND WATCH, LIKE YOU ALWAYS HAVE.
Lord Thanos: You will see soon Lord Sarus. There is a major attack coming this way. If Rocker is not capable to lead, my son may be your only hope.
(at that moment a window crashes. 8th runs to see and discovers a half naked Lady Macionia. She flew so fast that the velocity ripped off some of her clothing. Lord Thanos grabs her and holds her in his arms.)
Lord Thanos: Lady Macionia? What has happened to you?
Lady Macionia: (out of breath) We are under attack!! They came in the night, they are killing them all.
Lord Thanos: WHAT!!!
Lord Thanos blasts an opening in the wall. 8th and Lady Jade ready to follow.
Lord Thanos: You better have nothing to do with this Sarus.
They fly out into the night sky. Lord Sarus walks toward the stairs when Lady Macionia calls to him.
Lady Macionia: Lord Sarus. Please hear me. You must know this.
Lord Sarus: (turning his head) Know what?
Lady Macionia: Please , listen.

The demon spits fire in Angela's direction. Trees catch on fire, making it difficult for Angela to fly high. The demon grabs Angela and throws her at a burning tree, knocking the tree down. Fire is very dangerous to Vampires so Angela moves quickly away from it. The demon ruthlessly stalks her.
Demon: I am going to devour you slowly. Enjoying every bit of your screams inside me.\
Angela throws a piece of broken tree at her.
Angela: Eat this!!!!!!
The demon grabs the tree with it's mouth and breaks it with it's teeth.
Demon: You're gonna have to try better than that little girl.
The demon swings it's tail at Angela sending her flying at the house. She crashes into the side. As she tries to get herself together the demon grabs her and squeezes her tight.
Demon: Time to die.
Then at that moment a car comes crashing down at the demons tail. It's Rocker.
Rocker: Here, have another.
Rocker picks up the car and smashes it again , pinning the demons tail. The demon screams in agony. Angela sees the demons mouth wide open and throws three explosives down it's throat.
Demon: (swallowing) I would rather taste you.
The demon then tries to swallow Angela, but Rocker flies in and jams a silver laced sword into it's mouth. The demon bites down and begins stomping in pain , realeasing the grip on Angela. Angela flies toward the remote detonator and..........
Angela: BOOM!!! DRAMA BITCH!!!!
The explosives inside the demon detonate , destroying the demon and the coven. a huge purple fireball arises from the demon. Angela and Rocker fly away, unharmed into the rain.
Angela: What the hell are you doing here?
Rocker: What! You think I'm going to let you go alone!
Angela: Thanks Lord...
Rocker: NO! Stop right there. Just Rocker, ok.
Angela: Thanks, Rocker.
As they fly into the clouds away from the flames, they barely miss the group arriving behind them. Lord Thanos, Lady Jade , and 8th Sin arrive.
Lord Thanos: (viewing the carnage of his once palace.) No, NO! NOOOOOOOO!!!!
(He summons bolts of lighting from his anger)
Lady Jade: Oh my!! This place is completly destroyed!!
8th Sin walks over and notices the purple flames of the once living Demon Monica.
8th Sin: What was this father? Some sort of animal?
Lady Jade and Lord Thanos walk over to the flames. Lord Thanos kneels down and recites a chant, calming the flames.
Lord Thanos: You have served me well, Lady Monica. I kneel before you.
Lady Jade: Lady Monica?
Lord Thanos: I will explain another time. Now, I must seek vengence. The first will be Lord Sarus and his cohorts.
8th Sin unsheethes his sword and examines the blade.
8th Sin: Kill the rest. but leave Rocker for me.
