I just heard this song on Salsa 98.3's freestyle mix. It is old school with a female voice that is higher pitched

The chorus is pretty fast-paced and goes something like:

Is it me the one you're thinking of
When your heart is filled with love

Most of the other part of the song is sung more slowly, I really had trouble getting the words down, but I know she sings:

How could I be so foolish,
letting words get in the way...
