Can anybody help identify this song?

I need help identifying this song. I only know a few of the lyrics and they are: Getting fresh, new on the block, i'll make you dance and i'll make you rock. If you ain't with it, then forget it, but if your down then get with it......and it sung by a girl and has the When I Hear Music beat to it. It's from the late 80's, early 90's...

It's Wink D-Get Busy and the version you heard is on the intro to the Debbie Deb Medley off a 12" that I can't remember the name of right now. I think it's MegaMix, but I'm not positive. If you want, I'll go through my records and find out for you.

The name of the record is MEGA MIXX.The Debbie Deb medley was mixed by Lenny Bertoldo. It also has a Gap Band Medley and a remix of "Fantastic Voyage". There's no year on it.

Absolutely positive that the Debbie Deb medley is what you're looking for. After the part when she raps, the sample from Afro-Rican's "Give It All You Got" is looped over a 32 count and then it goes into "When I Hear Music".

You can call Ultra Soundz in San Bruno and see if they have it. I don't have the number, but you can look it up on Yahoo or something.
