Hiya :typing everyone disgusting outside today but at least I got a couple of hours of sleep so I feel much better and today i commence my new workout routine yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy jogging with my auntie go me go me ok okhope everyoen has a good one must eat breakfast now :shakinboo

Morning everyone!!!!

It was nice waking up at 9:00 instead of 6:30!!! 🙂

I'm off of work until next Thursday. Not going anywhere special, but using the time to rest, relax, and kick my workout back to 3 times a day.

Had a healthy fiber cereal for breakfast, and I'm off to the park for my walk/jog at 10.

Way to enjoy your days off Chuck!!! Today WAS my day off, but I came in for 4 hours (6am-10am) for some extra cash.. 🙂
