Actually, I eat my mom's and ARABS who make it the RIGHT way use dough. The stuff I ate that was Greek was homemade. I used to work at Flavour as day manager and the owners' mom makes the tiropita and spanikopita for them to sell. And I'm sorry, but filo pastry is for DESSERT not for part of a meal!!!😉
i know spiros, apost, my cuz worked there as a counter guy (Chris) my buddy worked there when it opened (Greg) and my other cuz chris worked there last year, and i know a few of the waiters now.
