Hello all...

I am looking for the artist and title to a song in BeatStreet...

The song is the one being played when the DJ is stepping up on the stage with DJ Jazzy Jeff...it is being sung by a female with the word " Shadows of the night" in it....
it is right before the breakers do battle and it is not "breakers revenge"...

It may be "(ONLY LOVE) SHADOWS" by Lisa Fisher.

You can find it on the compilation THE BEST OF CRIMINAL RECORDS: THE FREESTYLE COMPILATION which was released in 1995 by Criminal Records/Hot Productions.

According to the credits, the song was un-released (but it was featured in the movie BEAT STREET) and it was produced by Arthur Baker.
