Awesome it is only right that the pioneers of Freestyle bring it back from the dead, Stevie B, Coro, Lisa Lisa, Judy Torres, Cynthia, Lisette Melendez, TKA, Information Society, just one question...how is TKA performing when they supposedly have broken up??

thats right chuck... they perform K7 songs.. as well as tka songs...
after all he's been singing lead on those tka songs for at least 17 yrs or
so... and the fans seem to still enjoy seeing him perform them....wish i
was going to beatstock..but well ill be seeing them that same week too.. 😉

i never been to a beatstock nor jones beach. i was wondering how the concert would be setup? is it an actual seating event? or is it like a "first come first serve" kinda standing thing? still deciding which one to go to. there's also a paul van dyke concert in central park for the same price same day.
 
it's set up like a basic concert.... when we went to jones beach last year pretty much the whole upper section was empty... we're just gonna go & buy tickets at the door to save a few bucks on the ticketmaster fees.... 🙂

OH MY GOD!!! I was on stage with Lisa Lisa at Jones Beach! :jiggy
I was the first one pulled on stage. Shoot! was I having a bad hair day.! Hopefully no one has pics of that,haha!!! I deleted pics from the cell phones of 2 friends :nah

She looked awesome, hard to imagine that she just had a baby recently. Looking forward to Beatstock stories :rasta
 
seriously i thought beatstock was horrible this year the only thing good was the freestyle i am a lil pissed though that stevie b wasnt there and thats who i wanted to see most
