hey Crystal, do you have the Freestyle greatest beats collection? That gives you a great idea of what songs were big in our day. Noel-Silent morning, Company B facinated got me hooked on freestyle(at that time I did not know what the hack freestyle was) the first time WPGC(when they played good music) back in 87.

I also did a school project on freestyle!! I got so many promo pics from artists and got to speak with a lot of cool people that were glad to help me out!

I used to hear the following on the radio: Safire, Cover Girls, Nocera, Company B, Judy Torres, Cynthia, Stevie B, TKA, Johnny O...it was great back then when HOT 103 was around, they played them in reg rotation and usually played the 12" long versions too!!
