any glasses or contacts-wearers here?
i had glasses since 2nd grade.. and contacts since 10th, yup i sure have been cursed. wish i had colour contacts though, tried on some once & i looked like a fox! anyone else depend on glasses or contacts?

or has anyone here had laser eye surgery? i'd like to hear how that went.
 
OMG...I HAVEN'T WORN GLASSES SINSE LIKE 5TH GRADE!!!!! I USED TO HAVE WEAR A PATCH ON MY LEFT EYE WHEN I WAS LIKE 5!!!! WELL AFTER THAT IT WAS ALWAYS GLASSES.....I HATED IT!!!!!! THEY WERE UGLY!!! WELL I ALWAYS "MANAGED TO BREAK THEM OR LOSE THEM" SO ONE DAY MY DADDY TOLD ME "IF YOU BREAK THEM OR LOSE THEM AGAIN, I'M NOT BUYING YOU ANYMORE" WELL THAT GAVE ME AN :idea !
SO I BROKE THEM ON PURPOSE!!!!!! AND HE STUCK TO HIS WORD!!!!!! WELL NOW....I CAN'T EVEN GET LASER...BECAUSE IT WONT WORK FOR ME! IT SUCKS BECAUSE FOR THE LONGEST TIME I COULDN'T GET A DRIVERS LIC.
 
I wear both. Depends on how I'm feelin 😀

As for the color contacts...be careful with those. They look nice but you can't see as clearly with them. *Used to work for an eye doctor* :lol
 
I don't wear either. However, I am sure the day is coming when I will need them. My parents both wear glasses now.

I would wear glasses, because I can't imagine putting something in my eye.
 
Yeah I wear glasses. My vision is horrible!! Thinking about getting that lasek surgery when I'm old enough to.
 
That's right Tran Man. I've been wearing glasses since the 4th grade and I've been wearing contacts since the 9th grade. I've looked into laser eye surgery. I'm a perfect candidate for it. The only thing is that my wallet isn't perfect for it. It's too expensive for me. I guess I'm stuck wearing contacts and glasses. Unless I hit the lottery. LOL
 
I wear lenses.. extended wear disposable ones.. I always keep them in too long.. Hate changing them.. when my eyes are blurred and hurt thats when I change them.. Now and then I put on my glasses..my husband loves them and always wants me to wear them more than the lenses..lol..
 
I used to wear green contact lenses years ago. Peeps used to call me green eyes. I mostly did it for looks. But becareful sometimes they can mess up your eyes if you only use them for glamour.

i wear colored contacts, both for cosmetics and vision. :sroundi dont wear my glasses outside of my house...
 
I have to be honest. There is something really sexy about a woman with glasses. Very business like, very professional........and with ther hair up........DAMN IT!

Summertime, I hate wearing the glasses because my nose sweats. lol

I wear the colored contacts sometimes as well, and yes Krystal, you are right... if you turn your eyes more then you're head,.... you're going to see all blurred... because of the color.

If you have to wear some type of vision correction... do so. My 8 year old use to wear glasses (for distance), but his last exam, we were told he didn't have too any more. :dancingb
 
yea, i wear glasses, but i left
them at home today...so i'm BLIND
 
Yes true, if u don't take care of them, or clean them right, your eyes can get infected. (& That's not good).
My fav's are my all-white ones, & my neon ones. 🙂
My mom hates them! lol, She says I look like a "Demonio".

couldnt see this thread at first had to squint my eyes till i found my glasses..should have left them off cause dam this is a silly thread "dude you wear glasses?? whoooa i wear them too...oh no way man contacts too...far out man far out!!" lol
