Anybody Know the "Vulture" Song?

Hello Everybody, there's a song that has been on my mind since the late 80's. It's an instrumental freestyle song and the only word they say is "Vulture" (or something like that). This song was always being mixed with the song "Running" by Information Society. Can anybody tell me the real name of the song and who the artist?
