any one a low carb diet? great news

so far Subway gets top vote their chicken club wrap is great only 8 total carbs

subway yes it is great plus i klondike came out with a low carb ice cream barthat is awsome one 3 per bar melly it isnt bad ther are a lot of good yummy stuff believe me

My bf is on the Atkins. I dont like it. He only eats steak, string beans, apples and eggs. Well he cheats, but thats what he usually eats. So far he actually lost 6 pounds in a week. I'm proud of him but I dont think I could give up my pasta🙂

tell him he still needs to eat veggies just stay from the high carb ones like
corn carrots and potatoes
