60% of men 18-35 were born into broken homes, with mother being the parent. many of these guys who gets into relationships fall for older women; they are used to the voice of a mature woman and a independent minded woman. The same for women, they are used to being around younger males(as mothers).
 
It's actually common sense. I thought of this with the Question of whether a Woman can coach a mens college team. This regarding Tenn U's female Basketball coach: Pat Summit having the most wins in D-1. The fact is since many young men are born into broken homes, men regonize the voice of a mature woman.
 
Oh Ok, Yes some women can teach somethings to younger men. so they will take that chance of dating or going with younger men because of the fact they want authority over them.
 
And the fact many women are in athuroity in Jobs, and many are independent minded. Long ago, the deal with women dating older men was to come to them for more dependence, but things has changed now with womens occupations and many women being the only parent.
 
That is an issue Mike, but not all woman are the same. as a matter of fact pa, lol I am a single mom and I do go to school. and I have no issues with dating men who are older with me or younger than me.
 
It shouldn't be. I did see some of these facts on a Discovery health Channel special about this trend of Older Women and younger men. It did talk about how women do like to be entertain and still want excitement, but feel they are not getting it from older men, in which many are burned out from other bad relationships and divorces.
 
I think thats a very interesting and valid point Mike, but age shouldn't really matter as long as everyone is legal and they have respect for one another.
 
I dunno my ex bf was younger than me and he didn't come from a broken home or any of that...we just kinda clicked so I don't know if I agree with that theory
 
Ok Sonya. I'm not saying that's the only reason. But that can be part of it. The fact is, in the past 30 years, the female culture has changed. More women are very independent, more women feel less dependent on men, 60% of the professional workforce are women, studies shows women tend to live longer than men. hey, asa guys we put more milage on our bodies.LOL.
 
LMAO I guess that may be a factor in some older woman younger men relationships I just think that it doesn't apply in all of them
 
OK. Like I said, women of today are calling the shots now. That's why women like Britney and Paris are looked at as being horrible. Women activist think they set women back 40 years. I love a woman who respect herself, is fun and enjoys lifes. doen't matter what age. I'll walk past a Lindsay Lohan(18) to get with a Raquel Welch(63). I think she really respects herself, she had a great carrer, still very attractive.
