I know this is song is old, but I recently just heard it, and damm this is blazing, this Chris Sammarco guy really knows his stuff, if I am correct he also did the Christine Turner song, which is also a hot jam. The trance and progressive vibe that he puts on both of these songs, is incredible, I still dont know why none of these songs did not make it on KTU. The Amante song, I heard it on line, and I couldnt stop hearing it, this could even be played in the trendiest club in Ibiza...in my opnion. I cant stop playing the song. Are there different versions, is out on cd, someone let me know....Chris if you read this....this is the way to go....definately different and fresh....

TRUE TRUE...

Chris is a great producer, He's a pain-in-the- @ss, but a good friend. I'm working on getting him to produce my next song also.

For those Freestyle Freaks in South Jersey, Chris, Hiram, and Sammy C get together like 1x a month in a Washington Twp. spot. We eat, drink, and act very merry, you're all invited next time we do it (Next friday???)

Hey Budman... U from Lawrence huh? DO you know Kevin, Richie, or Brenda M?

Yes I am from Lawrence, I ve been living here all of my life, I may know them, it depends how old are they....I usually know most of the people that are in my age category, not that I dont know any young people...(but you know what I mean)..I really think Chris is good, I really feel that blend of trance into freestyle, but at the same time he still puts that good old school feel to it, much more danceable and so up to date w/ the times. In a time where freestle wont even make it to a club, I think this is the way to go, without forgettin freestyle feeling.

Budman,

Thanks for your support. I no longer produce freestyle. I have been concentrating on dance music for the last 2-1/2 years. I have done several freestyle type remixes since then but only for close friends of mine. I had planned on turning in a bunch of demos that I did with/for Christine for a possible upcoming Cynthia album but decided against it. I feel that the old school freestyle artists don't appreciate the new producers. Basically, they have swollen heads. They don't realize this is 2002, not 1989 and most of them are long forgotten. Producers like myself know the current trends (I am a club D.J.) and should get more respect from the old school artists. We are the future of dance music/freestyle.

Well Chris its a shame that you stop doing freestyle...I really think that if you had much more support from other artist, this type of blend of music would ve gotten somewhere. I mean I am not a dj, but the intro and breaks of Amante and Christine song are perfect to mix, I love the way it breaks into a pounding progressive house beat....My speakers were about to blow up w/ the Amante song, maybe by you reading this you would change your mind and continue to do this type of blend......Well either way good luck on your future projects.....

No doubt with the AMANTE single. It's still hot till this day..yo Chris, keep spinnin' the jams bro..

Sammy C is retired for the time being. I've been twisting his arm to record with me for a while though, so maybe we will collaborate in the future. He was/is one of the freestyle artists that I admired while I was growing up........now I get drunk with him every few weeks.

Amante-Shawn Michael and I had planned on doing a follow up for him, but decided against it. We may do a dnace song with a tribal vibe in the near future.

If anybody is from the South Jersey area, Hiram, Sammy C and myself get together once in a while on Friday nights in South Jersey. Wendy may also join us next time we go out. Everybody is welcome to join us.
