There is a dance/club song that KTU plays every now and again. It sounds like it might be from the late 70's - early 80's. I can't understand what the guy is saying, but the chorus sounds something like " Finally ???" and like 4 words later he says "Say Hey". I heard it today again, so maybe someone else was listening to KTU around 5pm-6pm and know which song i'm talking about. If you know it reply back please, Thanks in advance.

i forgot to mention that the beat sounds similiar to Michael Jackson's "Beat It". Maybe that helps a bit.
