Do people usually say you look younger than your age? Or do they say you look older? Does it make you feel good or not?

If you look younger, and it pleases you, what is it that you do to maintain that young look? Or would you say it's genetic?

If you look older, and it pleases you, why?

If you look older and you find it insulting when people think you're older, what do you think you can do to change that look to make you look younger and feel good about yourself?
 
Well to be honest with ya I've heard a lil bit of both.

I actually think both can be a compliment, & it would depend on how its said.

I mean if they say you look young, you're maintaining your youth.
But I've also heard women say, that they like their men with entradas or baldheaded so there it is.......LOL

People say I look younger than what I am 🙂 and I love it 🙂 and if they were to tell me I look older I love it to 🙂

As for me I say it's geneteic. My mom is 53 and looks younger 🙂
 
i have to actually take my license out and prove my age when people ask i look alot younger then i am i think its martial arts training that keeps me from aging

Well, if I had more hair, I think I would look younger than I am.

However, I've gotten many compliments on my crew cut, and new beard line.

I've been told that I look younger since I lost weight.

I also have been fortunate that I don't have wrinkles. I know a few guys who are younger than me, who have crow's feet and laugh lines. I don't have them.

However, I am starting to get white/grey hairs in the goatee.
 
Everybody thinks that i'm in my early 30's. I'm almost 44!! I LOVE it tho..Genetics I guess.. I never got 2 party hard when I was young, didnt drink or smoke.. and I think that has a lot to do w/ it too.. I refuse to be old! LOL

PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY I LOOK YOUNGER THAN MY AGE! THEY ALWAYS THINK THAT I AM LIKE 12! IT SUCKS! AND OLDER PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS LIKE " YOU ARE SO LUCKY THAT YOU LOOK AS YOUNG AS YOU DO" WHICH I CAS SAY IS TRUE, YET IT'S NOT ALWAYS THAT GREAT! GUYS NEVER HIT ON ME! I DON'T DO ANYTHING TO LOOK THE WAY I DO, I DON'T WEAR MAKE UP AND I DON'T DRESS A CERTAIN WAY, YET I GUESS IF I DID, I WOULD LOOK OLDER???:dwink
 
Yesterday I went to my daughters school to pick her up cause she called me that she was sick. I had to go to her lunchroom to go get her cause the security guards didn't know who she was and to them was it was like a needle in haystack. any way i get to the lunchroom and the lunch lady was like you don't belong here... i was like came to get my daughter. she was like omg I thought you were a student! lmaoo! then i proceeded to embarass the shit out of my daughter by acting the fool. the horror! lmaoo

i get it all the time how the hell i got a 15 yr old. they always say i look like i'm in my early 20's. my Hubby be hatin. and thats cause he look his age lmfaoooooooo
 
I've a bit of both, depending on the kind of person that's coming from it doesn't bother me.

When I was 15 peeps use to say I was way older because of my height, so I got used to it and took it as a compliment.

Now that I'm 31 some peep say I look 25 to 26 which I dont mind.
I dont drink and I dont smoke. I'm not a party animal. I dont wear
a lot of make up and I try to keep a healthy lifestyle since I'm a gym freak.

But I have another saying as well sometimes it's the attitude that makes you look younger or older depending on how you feel about
that issue. I mean if you feel like 15 then you probably will reflect an
image that makes you look younger or vice versa.

I've been told I look younger and sometimes I've been told I look older.
I take it well depending from whom it's coming from. But I love it when
they tell me I look younger specially when they see me with my son, then people ask me, "You have a son?, How old are you?"
 
I am always told I look younger than my age, which is a good thing, especially in this industry..lolol

For me it's Genetics, in my family the women all look younger than what we are..😉

I love when people try to guess the age, and are all wrong.

I was thinking about taking a clue away, and shaving my head all the way down, but I like my beard line, and guys with a beard line, and bald head, just look funny to me.

yeah I did and she was like never ever do that to me again please. told her father and he actually was like yeah why you do that i don't embarass her. I told him yeah thats cause you a old fart and it wouldn't look good on you! lmaooooooo. he's only a year older than me.
