Nope Kenny.😉 I can't say it is Rap. But I can say that some elements are close from Rap, but closest from the Electro Hip-Hop's genre which mixes sometimes Rap and Electro beat. But the beat, the melody and the way he's singing is Freestyle for me.

It's simple, for me different Freestyle forms compose the Freestyle genre. 😉
