Since what age would you say you have been working since and was there evr a time were yo stopped and or how long. I have been workig since I was 13 yrs old and worked and went to school or worked part time or up too two jobs up untillI got pego I didnt wrk for about 3 months, a month of maternity and whe my son was 2 months old I came back to work. I haed leaving my son sinc he was so small so I had seperation anxiety but i fine when I am at home on vacation I go stir crazy lol. So its like I got to work no matter wat crazy right lol

I started working when I was 15. Took a 6 month break at the age of 29 cuz of stress and now well...I'm unemployed but lord knows I hope it's not for 6 months again! I think I'll go crazy! :crap

I started working at about 16, and am still working. I had a 2 week "break" in between jobs about 2 years ago. Other than that, I've always worked.

Hmmm, that all depends on what your definition of work is....LOL j/k

Actually I've been workin for 2, 2 DAMN long !!!!

lol Work as wake yo ass up in the morning and leave the house for an extended period of time lol the norm 9-5 with a piece of paper with #s on it given to you usually every two weeks or every week lol. What prompted everyone to start working so young, me my mom was a single mom and I discovered if I wanted nice things and to go places I needed money to do it mam having 3 did her best to provide us with everything but I got the spoiled thign going and decided I needed to work to get those nice things for myself and relieve stress off mama. I would have loved to have stayed home longer with my son specially now since he is at his sponge stage but I know the time we do spend is that much more special and I am giving him the things he needs which makes me feel good 🙂

I started working at 16 because I got pregnant at age 16 1/2 so I knew right then and there that I had to grow up and take care of me and my son.His father started working too and has helped us out since then even though we are no loger together but I thank god he still helps support our son on his behalf,,It helps alot...I have always worked since then I say the longest I was ever not working was when my son was a baby because at the time we had no one to watch him and i was to scared to have child care watch him so his father picked up a extra job so that I can spend time and be with my son...Now that I am going back to college I only work 5 hours a day but I know when college is ova them hours will go back up but the pay will be better lol

That was so responsible girl kudos to you remnd me of my lil cousin she is 23 now has a son who is 4yrs old and just had a lil girl a few months ago she has supported her son on her own with no help of his father no help form her mother because theydo nto speak she has always worked her son has always dressed well now her daughters faher and her are together and he helps her they both work but she has pretty much doen her thing since she had her son.

I've been working since I was 16. I graduated a year early from H.S. cause I hated it... and started working right away... the only time I've ever not worked was when my daughter was born. She was a preemie, 3lbs 7 oz... and I just worried so much about leaving her with anyone and my ex was making money and was able to take care of the bills, so I stayed home. But as soon as she turned 4 I was back at work. I did take maternity leave for my two sons.. but went back to work right after...

I was laid off from my job after 9/11 and was out of work for about a year.. but I had never gotten unemployment and decided I'd take it for a while and chill... besides, I was truly messed up emotionally after that.. so I needed the time..

I started like u at 15 b/c I was pregnant myself. lived on my own mostly so always had to hold down some kind of job. had to drop out of high school and raise my daughter but been going strong since. NEED A DAMN VACATION

ain't that the damn truth melissa!!! I do the same w/ mine. I have 2, my daughter is 8 as well and my son is 5. I do the cheerleading w/ her and the dance routines at home and have a basketball and football in my car for him. I love sports so it works out and I love cars so we be going to shows and things like that. my family disowned me when it happened and my kids don't have that "extended" family most do but hey I do my best and so far I'm aight. I mean I'm 23, have a house, a car, a good job and my kids are happy. all that matters right?

i see mommmy power is in affect I would love to spend at least a month with my son teachign him bonding with him I just need some real time with him without worrying abotu working or anything else I feel so rushed when I get home from work so it sucks.

you go nessa..I am so waiting to get a house one day .I am in a apartment right now but I messed my credit up when I was younger by being stubborn on not asking for help lol ...But I am rebuilding and hopefully we can get a house in the next few years...Omg my son loves cars ..lol..when he is away with my sister or soemthing I miss hearing him play with them he be like vroooooooooooom errrrrrrrr lmao Time flys though and before we know it they going to be driving them cars lol..🙁

mira coño they ain't driving til they 30! LMFAOOOOO but my son be doin the same. for the first time in ever they each have their own room and he has his tracks built w/the cars and what not. so its kewl. i'm proud this is something I could accomplish for them AND on my own ya know.

OMG ANG! I so feel u on that one. I unfortunately have busted my ass my kids' whole lives. I have yet to spend an entire month w/ them since they have been born. but they know that I love them and every chance I get I spend time w/ them. ANYWHERE I go they always there w/ me. they piss me the hell off but I can't see my life w/ out them!

I've been working since i was 15. Got pregnant at 16 and still worked even though my son's Dad hated it 🙂 I have always worked and think I'll be one of them old lsdies at 70 still working cuz GOD knows I can't keep my behind home.

Its hard as hell ladies but the rewards are endles when we look into these munchkins faces my son drives me nuts cause he is so stubborn and independent btu he is so cute with his new words lol. House hell I need a 2 bdrm lol NY is so expensive so it makes it hard to have a lot of things that nay where else would be easier. I guess we keep grinding and stay proud of our accomplishements when it comes down to it.
