freestyle lover lookin' to have some fun and kick around some musical ideas. Have the skills and songs but need
a female throat to cut thru the crap on the radio now.

Anybody out there love the smell of a recording studio?

Based in Boston and ready to rock!

Anybody remember Narcissus?
 
I live in the area, I can still sing, and I am bored up here in New Hampshire (singing for the cat). I still work in Boston, every weekend. Let's talk. Oh and yes I do remember Narcissus, I knew the D.J.'s...Gary, Tony, and Matty. I so loved that place, I so ruled that place on the weekends.
 
Narcissus was the spot!!!!!! Why doesn't Boston have any spots like that anymore that plays freestyle amd does live shows??

there will be a little freestyle in the area for a hot minute down at Kowloon in Saugus on november 16th for the anniversary party! Cover girls performing. Stevie rockin' the mic at Rayn in Saugus on New years eve I hear.

and you Gabbi! freestyle thought of the day: Who thinks that Hanson and Davis "hungry for your love" is some of the best freestyle ever?
 
I was never around for Narcissus, but I heard that shit was the spot back in the day! What's there now?

Taylor Dayne will be at Club Rain in Saugus on November 15.

If the Cover Girls are going to be at Kowloon's- I'm there. Not too sure about Stevie B though- I've seen him enough.

Currently, there are no clubs in Boston that play Freestyle, at least in the downtown or Landsdowne St. area. You can find a few spots in the Metro Boston area that might throw in a few tracks here and there.

Boston's music scene is lame. That shit's just a given.
 
This might be a nice opportunity for some. However, I want any CF ladies who are considering this offer to read this: Do Not go to any studio with out being accompanied by a frend or friends. A Male friend or a really tuff girl friend will do. This would make your peeps here at CF feel much more comfortable about you being in an unkown studio with someone that none of us know.

I withdrew the orginal thread starter because I don't need the crap. Anybody and their mother was welcome to be in on this and was purely for fun since this is really the only place where freestyle lives on. Please let this be a lesson to you not to assume things until you have the facts. Many things in writing look a lot different than what they actually mean. I could probably count the true freestyle fans in the Boston area on one hand.

i have to agree with JackG there are a lot of crazies out there and we at CF wouldnt want any one to get hurt its always wise to assume worst case scenrios

I work at the one across from it, on the hill. I work at Sephora, it is kind of ok.
Sorry it took me so long to reply, I work only on the weekends. I stay at my moms down there, and don't have my computer with me.
