Actually Mike4949, his name is not Black Falcon, it's Black Vulcan.

Vulcan was the Roman God of Fire.

I've decided that since the upper corners of the pic are empty, and since I have other black & white outlines of the SuperFriends, that I'll add Black Vulcan and Samurari to the corners, and Zan & Jayna running with the others on the ground.
