"WHO YOU LOVIN' TONIGHT" is by 21 East and it can be found on the UPSTAIRS RECORDS COMPILATION, VOL. 2

21 East (named for the old address of Upstairs Records) is Spanish Fly and Alexander (so yes, they have plenty of other material out there, just not as '21 East')...
