I'm voting for Bush. Rumors going around about Clinton (Hilary that is) running in 2008. If kerry should win its gonna be harder for her to run since its gonna be 2 democrats running against each other.
 
I would've voted for Howard Dean.. but I guess his "woo hoo" yell was to REAL for people so he didn't get enuff votes to run.. !

For those that gave valid reason, kudos to you also. People.....dont be affraid to voice your opinion. Just make sure it is fact and not hear say. Discuss the issues you think are important. Like Tax cuts for the rich and the deficit.

What about future security for America? Who do you think will handle it better? And why?

Discuss those options and keep them in mind when you pull that lever, push that button screen, punch a hole in the card.

CFpeeps...know this: Bush was convicted of a DWI...to my knowledge, a person convicted of something like that CAN hold office, but not as high as the president..so bush should not not have been in office in the first place! Then cheney goes and says that if we vote for kerry, a terroristic attack is all but ensured...sounds to me like a desperate candidate

Show Proof. And I'll show U proof of a Senator (Running for President) who Was all about the Invasion of Iraq but then never voted on the Bill.

I'll show U proof that a Democratic Senator of NY Pushed for the Draft Bill this past October but yet never even voted yes for his own Bill. (hummm??)

I'll show U Proof that while under democratic Presidency, the US had the chance to have Osama handed over to them by Saudi Arabia, but declined due to Legal Reasons.

You peeps pop off at all the wrong reasons. Yet you think the answer is getting rid of a Republican just because He shot first and asked questions later.

I think thats a good policy to live by. If we had this policy during the first time the Towers were bombed in the basement, there wouldn't be a huge vacant lot there now.

I think you peeps really need to sit down and do your homework before you listen to others.

To me, it's never been about republican or democratic, it's about who is the best man for the job. And as for proof about the DWI, well it's been established that it DID happen and that the record was sealed, but because who GWB's daddy was, it never came to light until recently....GWB has proven that he can't handle the reins of being the prez if his vice prez has to resort to blackmail in order to get our vote. What has he done for us? Has he fixed the deficit? No. Has he created jobs? Wrong again. The only thing he has done is cost innocent people their lives by plunging us into a war that his daddy finished a LONG time ago.

I've seen first hand the what this tyrant has been doing In Iraq. I've seen the torture chambers, I've fought side by side with the Kurdish Army in Northern Iraq who he gased back in the Early 80's.

You know what? we're better off now with out him then we were with him.

We dont need a president who is going to slap hands and hand out Sanctions when buildings come tumbling down.

We dont need a President who wants to Make Health Care a Government Responsibility.

Now I'm not Saying Bush is our man, but you know what, currently right now, he's doing a good job when it comes to the Security of this Country. And that right there is but a small piece of the pie that is important.

As for Blackmail to get votes...where do you see that?

As for the Deficit, do you really think you'll be alive the day that is set to a zero balance?

Has he created jobs? He's created lots of Jobs. He's also managed to lower the cost of Homes.

He gave Parents a Tax cut plus a $500.00 per child refund. Or do you not remember that?

Obviously you're not the one doing YOUR homework. Dick Cheney flat out said that if we vote for John Kerry then we will be inviting another terroristic attack. That's what I mean by blackmail. He basically insulted all the people who have lost their lives on and since 9/11 and their families with that comment. As for the war thing...no, I don't expect the US to sit idly by and be attack....but the fact of the matter is this: our war is with Bin Laden, NOT Iraq..Iraq didn't do a damn thing to us since the original desert storm, yet GWB took it upon himself to fight, like i said, his daddy's war in a lame attempt to prove himself under the guise of looking for WMD...which not only cost American lives but innocent Iraqis...or did you conveniently forget all those misfired bombs? When he didn't find the WMD, all he had to say was "OOPS! My bad". As for the deficit, I agree with you on that, It won't ever be at zero, but he didn't do anything to improve...As for the tax cuts for parents well here's a news flash for you: not every American has kids or want's them, so what good is that gonna do? Because of GWB's term in office, and all this spending in the wrong places, I gotta worry about whether or not there's gonna be social security when i'm in my 60's.

What that is, is a Suggestion to the idea if we vote Democratic, the probability of it happening again is possible. Even Kerry has been known to use such tactics. So it isn't Blackmail.

As for the Tax cuts, everyone saw a Tax cut and a Break. Because of him also, First Time Buyers for Homes were made much easier.

As for Social Security, I think you better take a look at Kerry's Plan for Social Reform. You'll think twice about your statement.
 
a person doesn't necessarily have to commit any criminal wrongdoing to be blackmailed nor does it have to be made public, it could be told to just one other person. This is why I don't align myself to political parties, because they don't see both sides of the issue, only their own, which you are obviously doing... I see that you conveniently left out the FULL defintion of blackmail, which is ALSO to extort something of value, which in this case are peoples votes that are of value to the candidates. Therefore it is blackmail.
 
As far as John Kerry goes, his Social Reform Plan does make a bad situation worse, but who's to say bush won't do any more damage...sorry but he hasn't instilled any faith that he will rectify it
