I went to the very first Beatstock at Floyd Bennett Field here in Brooklyn and it was THE BEST! I saw so many freestyle acts that day including George LaMond, TKA, Judy Torres, Coro, SaFire, Nayobe, Nice and Wild, Company B, Alisha, Shannon, Sweet Sensation, Pretty Poison and many others, not to mention many disco acts and newer artists. The show started around 12 in the afternoon and went into the night. I dont think any other Beatstock could compare to that one!!
