my first fs artist i came face to face with was cynthia whenshe finsihed her show at OZ on long island i just said wow and she said thank you the second was a week later same club Judy torres after the show i figured that she left and they had this little bar area whicjh they sold like coffee, espresso and i go up there there she is sitting i uld not even rellax she gets up to leave and asks me my name i drew a complete blank
 
The first freestyle artist I ever met was Coro - we kept running into each other everywhere -the gym, the street, I would see him zipping by in the village on rollerblades lol...by the time I finally was in a limo with him on the way to perform with him in a show, we had bumped into each other so many times he asked thought we had already performed together before....lol
 
Mine was NYASIA at the Blis 3 show bout 2 years ago now. I also met Johnny O that same night and Angel from TKA. 😀
 
Mine was also Nyasia, and I said to her "I'm gonna be bold, and ask for your autograph!" and gave her my copy of her cassette to sign.
 
Honestly, I don't know who the first freestyle artist I met was. I was either Eric from Legacy or Troy Guy from D'Zyre. I say this because Eric lived on the corner of my block and his kid bro and I grew up together. Troy guy went to High School with my older bro and supposedly came over a few times...though I don't remember him. Everyone from the 80's looks the same to me. 😛
 
I Have'nt met anyone yet But if it had to be, it would be CYTHIA she is awesome i got an autographed pic and she sent it through mail She seems like a sweetheart So people that have met her i invy you guys..

Mine Was Stevie B! Met Him A Few Times And Always He Is The Nicest Guy! I Also Met "david" And He Was Also Very Cool! And I Have Mentioned This Before But I Graduated High School With "naif" Also Very Cool Guy, And Boy Can He Sing!

THE VERY FIRST FREESTYLE ARTIST I MET WAS CYNTHIA BACK IN MY CHICAGO DAYS......SHE GAVE A GREAT PERFORMANCE AND TOOK MY BREATH AWAY......LOL......AFTER SHE GOT OFF FROM STAGE I WENT UP TO HER AND TOLD HER SHE HAD GIVEN A GREAT PERFORMACE....SHE SMILED AT ME GAVE ME A HUG.......OMG......SHE MADE MY WHOLE ENTIRE DAY.......I'LL NEVER FORGET HER......SHE WILL ALWAYS BE THE BOMB.........
 
Gah! I met soo many! I was DJ'ing at some of the local nightclubs Krystal might remember these: Neobeach, The Paladium(was formorly the Crash Landing), and Kenny's Southside/Aliens.
So we always had live performances, but thinking back I think my first was Debbie Deb and her manager.

It was late on a friday night... when I first saw her face. Her eyes were glowing and her smile was divine, like an angel from heaven. I never thought I would get to meet her... so fine, so hot, ohhhh Cynthia! It was a dream come true! ..........but that's all it was, Just a dream....then I woke up with a big smile on my face. Did I mention I love Cynthia?...................... I do.
 
Mine was TKA, in the lobby of Radio City at a concert for Expose and Lisa Lisa. It was probably about 1987, 1988. I went up to them and told them how much I liked their music and was talking to them about them being at L'amor East that weekend.

The second was George Lamond and Joey Kidd, in 1989 at a club in Brewster.
 
I got sent on an errand when I apprenticed @ Arthur Baker's Shakedown to Tina B's apartment.... she was only wearing a tiny little see thru nitey, I saw everything.... :drool Instead of saying something like "got anything to drink" my wimpy ass just sat there & drooled & I finally said "uhm uhm uhm would u autograph a record for me?" 🙂
