The song is called "Dance With Me" and it is a male voice that sounds like either Stevie B, TKA, Coro or George Lamond. But I don't think its either of them. Help!! Thanks.

Concept of One also had out a full length cd on Cutting Records, a great, great cd. It seems to have come out in 1993, but I got it just last year from Columbia House or BMG...I forget.... Here's the line-up...
