i was just curious which artists and cf members are from the detroit area?
 
Im 20 minutes north of downtown ...... basically im stuck in sterling heights

yes u r correct! naif does live in vegas now! i heard he is doing a lot of dj-ing, anyways do u know him personally? i actually graduated with him from hs in 1989! the funny thing is he used to perform in school and we always thought he was awesome then! i still believe and i think even rhoq agreed with me once he has to be one of the most underated freestyle artists of all time! i know he was working with stevie b. a while back! his cd is very tight though!
 
I've seen Naif perforrm at a concert in Detroit a few years ago and although he had an awesome cd, his performance was not good at all. Just my opinion though. His CD was great! I liked the song 'Luv Me Baby'...

Ace- I don't know him personally, yet, but my boy who used to live in Vegas who lives in Massachusetts now, was very tight with him and they usually conversate over the phone. I'm supposed to be heading to Vegas in the Summer, and hopefully I will get the chance to meet Naif and party it up Vegas style. I've only heard "Love Me Baby", and I've got to say it's a great track. He reminds me of Stevie B in many ways. But, from what I hear, Naif is a cool shit. I'll meet him.

I was a few years ago...I can't remember. They used to have so many freestyle concerts in the Detroit Metro area like mid to late 90s...

GLAD TO HEAR IT! VEGAS IS A BLAST FOR SURE! YES DOES REMIND ME OF STEVIE B ALSO!!!!!!! ACTUALLY HE WORKED WITH HIM FOR A WHILE! LET ME KNOW HOW UR TRIP WENT WHEN U GET BACK?
 
When I was with Tazmania I was blessed to go perform in Detroit. The people there were GREAT. I met a lot of cool people. Eva (Ti Amo) was a good friend back in the day and I met her in Detroit.

Naif and his girlfriend at the time (maybe still together) "Delizia" were very kind to all the visiting artists.

There was a record store called Southwest Sounds and the owner was really nice (Gloria?)

Vic Dedivanag, Rob Bolis, Maria, Mereci, etc.They were cool people.

Joe Zangie, Pain, Soniya, and us (Natural) performed at a club called "Legends".

Oh yes, and the GIRLS (OMG) Middle Eastern, Latinas, White, Black, Asian, and ALL hot as hell.

Needless to say, I have a good perception of Detroit.

very glad to hear that! sounds awesome wish i could have seen that show! actually the club "legends" is a strip club now! lol it just opened up! u dont possibly have any footage of the show do u? becuz i would love to see any of it! thanks!
 
Naif is Back and has done a few shows since last fall! Anyone looking to book him for some shows, please let me know, and i will let him know! "Can't Stop The Love" and " Luv Me Baby" really gets the crowd rockin!
