So let me get this straight...Damien is gonna sing TPE songs? Why? Oh lord...I hope he doesn't mess up "Then Came You" lord have mercy. Sometimes when artists try to re sing songs...they sound like shit.

Hello everyone, I just had to join because I have seen Damien perform plenty of time and he has NEVER said dat he is TPE or Adam Marano what he does says is dat he's gonna be singing TPE's song and they do NOT sound da same if not better because all of TPE's Music sound alike so Adam papa write some new stuff and make them different MUAHZ... the re-production sounds way better I must say. so Damien if you ever read this you have nothing to worry about papa from your fan

And another thing is people need to stop talking so much shit about other peole until you get the real fact. anf freestyle is dead nd he is in da studio recording with a major label he has perform da single he's gonna be releasing soon titled "Kissing a Stranger" and it's off da hook so Ricky Martin look out lol....,and when he does release dat single don't be phony people and try to say dat your his "Fan" I will always support him and his career da boy does have skills... dats all for now...

Mr. Silvers, please don't come in here saying that Clubfreestyle will be held responsible for what people say..or like "blazincutema" said"Talkshit" that happens whether or not your on a website or at a club or on an interview. Whatever is stated in this board is not the responsibility of the site but of the individual who stated it.

Secondly, if you become a member on this site, your artist like so many of us, are and were under scrutiny by the fans, you either deal with it or you don't , if the artist or his camp can't handle it then I suggest not reading the posts. These people were asking one question, about who "Damien" or "Damian" was, no, need to talk about slander or any other such thing. ViperRecords came on here stating that Damien was not TPE, I suggest if you or your artist have any questions, that you go to him or them..At this point who knows who really is who. This is a fun and very interesting site, and informative as you can see, please enjoy your stay here, ask your client "Damien" or "Damian" to come and speak with his fans. Trust me, I have been here for a while and I have had my ups and downs here, mostly ups though. I hope you all enjoy your stay on CF. If you believe your Client,artist is being slandered, please contact one of the Moderators or Jack G himself, we will fix the problem as best we can.

I don't recall your clients name at all. What I posted to you was don't hold a site responsible for what one person wrote. and if you misread that, then maybe you need to go back to "LAW" school. Dayum here we go again. It is amazing how often a thread is taken off topic and turned into some ole b***shiat. If I am not mistaklen the original question was Who Is Damien/Damian and some how lawsuit was brought up, slander and a bunch of other uneccessery shiat. First off I to would like to know who he is cause if he about to blow up like Ricky then I without a doubt would like to know who he is. Secondly how does someone asking a question justifye taking someone to court matter fact threatening somene. That there has got to be one of the funniest parts parts of Mr. Silvers statements here. I am going to have to ask my brother in law being that he is actually a lawyer. The shiat that really boggles my mind is how you can blantly come on here and attack one of the artist that is actually well known, an artist that no one has ever had to turn around and say "Who is Nyasia" that one hit wonder comment just killed it for me if I am correct a one hit wonder is someone who has released but one song and poof all gone to my knowledge Nyasia has released several if not many songs and have all been a success to those who have worked with her as well as all her fans. Now she is my dearest friend and to come on here and disrespect her when she was merely offering advice as to how you should handle yourself on this site and as to who you may contact with any problems,is a no no for me because she has had much success in her career she has made her mark at a time when Freestyle was alive, at its peak she is basking in that now, she can do that now and raise her family knowing she did her thing. It doesn't much help your client being that most people become disinterested with an artist when they have people as yourself representing them, you are actually doing your "client" a diservice by coming onto this site which happens to be the biggest FS site on the web with the supporters that your"client" will need to support his music if he is as was mentioned going to be the next Ricky Martin. So with all my ghetto fabulousness I say slow your roll there is no need for the hostility, the rudeness and the lack of attention you gave the original question cause if ya haven't noticed all it does is get people on ya a$$ just as rudley and a greater #. I DEAL WITH LAWYERS ALL DAY I WORK AND I WAS SPEAKING WITH ONE OF THOSE LAWYERS AND ASKED HIM IF HE HAD EVER WENT TO AN ONLINE FORUM AND THREAT TO SUE THE WEB SITE. HE JUST LAUGHED AND SAID WHAT KIND OF MORON WOULD DO THAT. NOW MR.SILVER WHAT FIRM DO YOU WORK FOR SO I CAN HAVE THE LAWYER I SPOKE TO CALL YOU AND GIVE YOU A FEW POINTERS ON HOW TO BE REAL LAWYER. 🙂
