it feels like yesterday, it was saturday night and i was home gettin ready for the fun house( the club of all clubs) this was a club that back in the early 80's they charged 13$ at the door. so you knew right there it had to be hot. this club had crazy fun house mirrors when you walked in and then the dj booth in the head of a clown. (jelly bean). it had grand stand seats to the left over by the coat check and toward the other side you had a center stage for all the kick dancers. and in the back is where all the break dancers would perform on there stage.you would see madona perform 2 weeks in a row and never once think she was gonna be who she is today. the best of the best break dancers came to the fun house. plus lets not forget the balcony and the game room near the bathrooms in the back.plus bumper cars to chill in. all me and my boys were break dancers and we made our name known, battle the floor masters and rock steady oh yeah and the nyc breakers besides the dynamic rockers. but, it was the deepest music the best females and yeah you could get high too( tabs). the club would close at day break and then you would go get breakfast and drag ur ass to the train. if this wasnt the the shit back then what was.
