I think Christina Milian. She's has an awesome voice, plus a really good look for freestyle. There is a new girl group out called Soluna. They are awesome. I saw them in concert a few weeks ago. They would also make good freestyle artists. Their site is http://www.solunagirls.com. Check it out.
