I couldn't agree any more. Here are some suggestions for the new girls:

"The New Girls"
"Covergirls 2003"
"Maybe It's Maybeline"
"Them Girls"
"They"

Not to knock anyone, but when they performed here in Boston over the summer I, and the people I brought with me, were utterly disappointed. I was actually embarassed that I brought them with me. But whateva, they tried.
 
why not call them "the covergirls"?

the lead singer was the lead singer in 1992 after Angel left.

they didnt call themselves anything but that name back then, so....why should they change it now?

......All I know is that they got some Menudo type shit going on that dont quite fit very well for freestyle. And that chick you say from '92' till now....doesnt convince me. They still look like 'Dream' to me.

Carlitos.....those were some funny ass names. lol
 
i have to agree with kenny..when Angel, was replace the group kept going strong with Evelyn, which is currently with the group. example, when seducaton, went there way, april,was the only one asked to come back but there wasnt any question about there return..........why cover girls????? music and style ( all there trying is to keep the legend going .....
 
the covergirls carried on without Angel.

sure, she was the original voice for the group but people change and so does music. the second group still created some great top 10 hits.

if VAN HALEN went on without DAVID LEE ROTH as thier lead singer, why cant the COVERGIRLS do the same?

i do agree they can carry on with the name and with new material..i think orgntr1, is the one not accepting with cover girls, for what there trying to do...
