Even though this is the Love section of the board and you guys are probably tired of hearin the sappy stories but you guys can handle one more right? Well I'm 19 and never had a lady to call my own for starters. Before people go your young have patience, my patience has run thin. Everyone has a need for someone and various points of their life and I guess I have that need now. Here in the bay from what I have observed/experience, girls are all about looks and the flacos. The nice/heavy guys get no luv! We have more carne and you ladies can cuddle up real nice. C'mon now! I know you guys don't know me very well but I'm a nice guy who has a big heart. But my question is...what am I doing wrong? My approach to a lady is get to know them somewhat as friends but drop little hints that I want to be something more. When I feel the time is right...which is not too soon or a long time (I don't like being in the friend zone when it comes to a girl who I wanna get with), I let them know how I feel straight up. Their answer? It's either a straight up no (which isn't good but appreciate the most), a I see you too much as a friend (I hate those because its pretty much a nice way to say no), or a laugh in the face (now thats just mean :crap ). I don't fall for any random girl, the reasons I fall for whatever unlucky lady are unexplainable and I think thats what really liking a person is. I just started my second semester of school at Devry and this one Peruvian girl has my eye. She seems like a very nice soft spoken girl and she is very pretty. I wanna go up and talk to her but I'm a lil shy. I'm also afraid of rejection from the start, but I'll get over that. I have low self esteem and sometimes I do show it. I think thats part of the reason. But my real question is how should I approach this girl? Are my ways wrong? How should I handle this one? Am I destined to be single forever? Please help me out. PS: If your wondering I do find out if they are single or not before I spit my rotten game. I have yet to do it with this girl but she just moved from Chicago so chances are (hopefully) slim.

Wherever you go, there's gonna be shallow people....i'm in the same boat. At 5 ft 5, 220 lbs, I don't got the body of a greek god, but who the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! needs that anyway? I would rather have a chunky person, cuz at least I would not have to worry about breaking them in half while I'm @#$%ing them, LOL!!! I'm pretty sure that you have caught some girls eye, you just don't know it yet...good luck though 😀
