Pastel De Tres Leches

8 Eggs

2 Cups Sugar

2 Cups Flour

3 Teaspoons Of Baking Powder

12 Tablespoons Of Ice Cold Water


Separate The Eggs (the Whites From The Yolk ) Using A Mixer, Mix The Egg Whites Only Till Stiff, Then Add The Yolks,sugar, And Flour (be Sure You Sift The Flour And Baking Powder Together) Add The Water. Pour Mixture In A 13 X 9 X 2 Pyrex Glass Thingy (do Not Put That Non Stick Spray Stuff.....ya Don't Need To Put Anything)

Oven To 350 And Bake For Like 45 Minutes To 1 Hour

When Cake Is Ready Take Out Of Oven And Poke Lots Of Holes In It.....i Use Like A Bamboo Skewer Or One Of Those Kitchen Pick Things To Hold Fruits And Veggis While Cutting And Be Sure To To Separate All Four Sides Of The Cake From Dish...then Mix All This Together........

1 Can Of Condensed Milk

2 Cans Evaporated Milk

1 Pint Whipping Cream

Once You Mix All This Together Pour Over Cake A Little Bit At A Time....be Sure To Do The Edges First....once You Have Poured All The Milk On The Cake, Put In Refrigerator To Soak And Chill.

Before U Serve It, Using The Mixer, Mix A Small Container Of Heavy Whipping Cream, If Its Unsweetened Use Some Powdered Sugar For Sweetness. Mix Until Stiff And Spread On Top Of Cake. Voila Its Ready To Eat

Ps If Ya Need To Make Something Smaller, Just Make 1/2 Of The Recipe , And 1/2 Of The Baking Time
