From what I know, He had a deal with Nebulous Records prior to their bankruptcy. As most of you know, he did the single, Will I Find True Love, with Ford "Trance Commander" with Nebulous back in 2001 and was due to put out a full length album based on the single's success. The single did get airplay in a few major markets but didn't capture the "Trance" train the dance industry was experiencing at the time. So, to my knowledge with that and the demise of Nebulous, the project fell through. When I interviewed Noel in 2003, he stated that Freestyle was a genre that was dead and though he loved the music.....he no longer had the passion or desire to continue to doing it. Now, I am going back from he said in 03 and its close to 2 years now..so his ideas or way of thinking may have changed since then. It may have been a phase he was going through because shortly after that interview, I saw that he had gigs booked up in NYC months thereafter. Also, I hear he has moved to Florida or was..don't know the status on that...thats what I know, hope that helps on the previous stated question 🙂
