OK Everyone must've heard Rockell's new song "What U Did 2 Me" on the radio by now...Looks like some of you have bought the CD. So is it worth it??? Should I buy the CD or just the single?....This goes out to all those who have the CD or has gotten the chance to hear the WHOLE CD...your two cents would be appreciated. Thx 😀
 
There's actually a couple of songs on the cd that are not bad, about 4 of them, if you think 4 songs are worth buying the cd then go ahead, personally i wouldn't pay money for that cd.
 
I have the cd...I think it's pretty good. "Tears" is my fave song on there. If you are a Rockell fan, you will like it.

well heres the story, that jp version of what you did 2 to me that "the single" and is playing out in stations can be found on her maxi single and its not found on her new album if thats what you are aiming for. The album version to me is a little booty if you ask me. But, so far I havent had any dissapointments as far as Rockell producing poor material so yeah i guess its worth buying. they're all sensational. On that maxi single theres also an extended version which is just boomin'! so i'd tell ya to get both if you have the money. its worth it!

JoeD - i do like remixes ( most remixes anyway). i have her first cd too & liked it, so if u think this 1 is better than that's a great sign!

Orgntr1 - i don't know how many versions of the single is being played on the airwaves but i'm only hearing one version & it sounds good. that's y i'm wondering if the rest of the cd is just as good. the maxi single, is that an x-tended version?...

the overall response so far seems to be in favour of the cd. thx guys. now none of you are related to Rockell or anything r u??? lol

i luff the "linus" mix of "what u did 2 me" !!!
the cd overall got some great song with "tears" and "waiting" as bein my favs and basically da only freestyle on there. the cd does have a lot of variety on it and i was impress with her vocals on the slow songs. good cd overal 🙂
 
i got both the whole cd and the single - in all i like about 3 songs from the 'instant pleasure' cd ("the dance" ; "what u did 2 me" ; "waiting" <even though 'waiting' ain't all that) i'd say get the single so you can have the jp mix and linus' freestyle mix
 
Angeleyes, if you want the version that you know and love which more than likely gonna be the j.p. version then let me advise you that the maxi single contains that version. its the only version released thats playin out in stations and on the video as well. the album which is instant pleasure also has "what u did 2 me" but its gonna be the original version. the version thats not released thats slow like hell. Instant pleasure though, is a great album. I personally think this is better than her passed work. Now, the maxi single has the the jp radio version (the version that you want) as well as the the extended version of it which is more dirtier (shes says the word "shit" in it). my advice, get both.
 
DEFINATELY COP HER ALBUM!!!!!!! it's great. her voice, beats, production....it's hot!!! "waiting", "tears", "say you'll be mine", & "if im ever lonely" (which is played on her site), are definately stand out cuts!!! especially "say you'll be mine", that song is amazing!!! you'll luv it.😛
 
I was very dissapointed by her second cd.........it doesnt sound so freestylish.......i like only 3 songs on the cd......how sad is that......i bought the single though to "what you did to me"......it has so many great mixes........this single was worth it......but the cd i wouldnt even waste my time......its worth buying it used.......peace
 
"tears" seem to be popular on the cd
u know what, i heard she was branching out of freestyle music a little that's probably why not all songs are freestyle on this new cd???...which songs are freestyle other than "what u did 2 me"...?

lol@"original version sounds slow like hell"...hmmm i don't know if i'd want that. i like the fast version! on her last cd, i loved her fast songs, her semi-slow/fast songs were still good but her slow songs didn't do anything for me ( i don't know if her singing style or just the song...)

ROCKELL's instant pleasure cd is phat! you got everything from freestyle,dance, to r&b....my favorite track is "tears" but "what you did to me" is right up there...i just heard the album version of "what u did to me" playing on party 95.3 in orlando yesterday. they be pumpin' it .....also the cd single with the remixes are dope!

hehe i guess all da emails i sent to philmichaels @ 95.3 worked! i had asked him about da new rockell track .. and he said he liked it and would play it soon .. guess they finally did 😀
