If you have something to say, why don't you use the old fashion grammar school trick to ask out a chick, write her a letter. Let her know the deal. If you are too scared to give it to her, have a friend do it. Or you can also try to find out if she has an e-mail address and send her an e-mail with your pick so she knows who you are and tell her how you feel. Sometimes using other forms of communication works better than what we think. I just hope she doesn't think you are a stalker. LOL Good luck!!!!!
