If you do a search and type in the word "Roland" as a key word to search you will find a thread that says...Producers. In this thread a few producers list what equipment they have in their studios.

for My productions...i am usin The Korg triton, Novation Super Nova2, yamaha RM1x,Roland 1080......never a specific sound from each..but always use each to give songs varietion in TONE and Color...layer some sounds, put weird different effects(wah/distortion/ring mod..ofcourse--filters)....but my fave piece is the Nova2...crazycrazy flexability with great effects one each sound...it's the MUST have for dance music ..Pete (d.o.s.)

About half of the music on Sharyn Maceren's new album was virtual (Emagic Logic or VSTi), and the rest was either Access Virus b, Kurzweil K2000, or Roland JV2080. The drums were mostly NI Battery (software), a Korg Electribe ER-1 and a Novation Drumstation for the traditional 808 and 909 stuff.

I just sold the 2080 and my trusty E-mu e6400 sampler, after bringing a few useful sounds into Logic's EXS24 software sampler. My studio is getting smaller, and I love it. Much easier to work, great sounds, zero noise... I'll definitely be putting more stuff up on eBay very soon.

gg, would LOVE to convert to soft synths and giga samplers...but i'ce experiencd too many crashes just usin didi audia alone on the pc..maybe when i scrape of for the Dual 1gig mac i'de go full soft synth =) , ...and Badzeke, yea i use them for freestyle, My style is progressive and leans towards a tracny sound, i love the energy the new sounds offer, and the units give GREAt arrpegiator to accompany riffs, my next peice will probably be the access indige, it's got hut sounds also...anyone else have synth info???

the indigo is the shit i just played with it i just got a micro q waldorf i have a roland mc 307 audity 2000 and i run protools i have logic also but its a bitch to use. i have all the plug ins if you want to trade theres a few im missing let me know later
