I think this guy is a candidate for the dumbest person and also for the dumbest criminal award...

"Gregory Alston called police Tuesday morning to say his white Nissan Maxima had been stolen from in front of his apartment building. Trouble is, the car wasn't his. Police say he had stolen it at gunpoint two weeks earlier. The only reason he couldn't find it was because the victim had spotted it and called police, who towed it away."

Sonya, do you think he could have been planning to dig up the body of an 83 year old woman from the cemetery and set the car on fire to collect insurance? Because it sure sounds like he and the guy in that other thread you posted about are mental twins!!!!

LMFAOOO but it wasn't his car to begin with 😛

OMG, kinda reminds me of an uncle of mine...He's like 90 years old and when he used to go to the mall, he'd forget where he'd park his car, and panic thinking someone stole it and would call the police. They'd always find it just where he parked it.

LMAO That happens to us all the time. And they swear to God they did not move it. We tell them no one will steal a car to just move it to another spot. But they swear to God. It's so funny.

LMAO I have a thing for losing my car at the airport...I can never remember which floor I parked it on...a few times I've had to get off at ever floor and make my alarm go off to see if I parked it on that floor 😛

Actually, someone stole one of my Dad's car's once..and they found it about a mile away the next day. Someone had vacuumed it, and just cleaned it completely. Nothing was stolen, nada, and they never figured out who did it.
