🙁 what genere would freestyle fall under if every time you look for freestyle you find either hip hop or eminem freestyling away. and if you look under pop you find either britney spears or cristina aguilera please spesify were do we fall under

You have to make yourself a bit clearer. Are you talking about looking for Freestyle when you walk into a store or if you are searching on-line?
Most stores have a dance section, Freestyle is usually placed in the dance section and sometimes it has it's own sub-section within the Dance music section. Other stores may place it under Pop or R&B, but I haven't seen a store do this in about 6 or 7 years now.
On-Line is a bit different, Dance and Electronica seem to be the best catagories to find Freestyle...

i think i 've seen like 2 or 3 record stores that have a section named freestyle.
