What do you guys consider to make a PERFECT NIGHT w/ your lover??

The reason I ask is this..I wanna do something for my wife..a SPECIAL weekend. I'm not gonna have the kids for the whole weekend.. And I want to make her feel special & appreciated for what she does for our family & me.She really never goes out cause it's kinda hard to have a babysitter for FOUR kids.. But my oldest daughter is mature enough & old enough to watch them now.. She just came back from ATL & she lives w/ me again now (THANK GOD...I really missed her) I now made arrangements for the kids to be gone for the weekend & I wanna make this a weekend for her that she will always remember.

Any suggestions??

awwww that is sweet papo!!!! hmmm what does she enjoy doing that she doesn't get to do on the reg? movies? dancing? most def a romantic dinner just the 2 of u would rock. no matter what a woman always enjoys that! hmmm.........

Papo, you are a sweetheart!! No matter what you do for your wife, she will appreciate it!

DO something for her that she has always wanted to do and hasn't been able to!!! She must have told you something like..."I wish I could go____" or "I wish I could see____"...a nice dinner is great, a walk on the beach...Papo...anything you do will be special...just because you are taking the time to make it special!

Take her to a romantic dinner, rent a romantic movie, when yuo get home and she goes into the room have the bed filled with rose petals, then give her the best massage ever and the rest is none of our business (know what I mean) have fun! love every moment!

This is what I have planned...

I'm gonna take her to the park in Albany...& go to the boat launch,Maybe ride one w/ her..

Then go to dinner at Claytons Carribbean Restaruant, They're the *BEST* latin restaurant in this area.

Then take her to see FOUR BROTHERS that starts on Friday..She's been wanting to see this movie since she seen the previews..

Then go home & and have my daughter Alisha set up what I want while we're gone..

Which is..

Have my Slow Jams CD I just made for us set in the stereo already So when I press play on the CD..It starts up on cue..

Have the BlackLight on...So when we come home it's on already..

And since we have a post board on our door.. I have a ""DON'T DISTURB THIS GROOVE"" sign on the door so my roomate knows to not bother us.. (Yea..I got the sign from the back in the days song)

And I guess U know the rest... ( We're gonna play Spades & drink hypnotic...LOL..Now u know thats not true..hehehe)

I just want this woman to know that she is TRULY appreciated & that she deserves to be treated as a QUEEN!! I love this woman...13 years is a LOOOOONG time to be w/ someone. And we still feel like when we 1st met.

I wanna thank all ya'll for the advice that u gave me.

One Love to all ya'll......

Peash 🙂

My wife's birthday just passed and here is what I did for her.

Rented a hotel room for the weekend with a blacony, over looking the ocean.

Day started at 8 a.m. with breakfast served on the balcony, she was dead asleep when I brought in a bag filled (huge bag) with red, white and pink rose pettles,I then laid the pettles all over the bed and floor making a track towards the balcony where breakfast was served.

After breakfast I had booked her for a spa visit where she got a steam (eucaliptis) aroma theropy steam bath (very relaxing stuff!)

Once out of the steam bath she got a deep tissue massage for an hour with fragrant natural oils.

After the deep tissue massage she got her eyebrows waxed a manicure and pedicure.

It was around 1 pm when her spa session was complete and man was she relaxed (she was good to go right then and there) ; ) lol

At 2, I took her to the Miami Seaquarium where I had booked her for a 1 hour swimming session with the Dolphins (she loves marine animals).

Afterwards we went to the beach for a little bit.

Then back to the hotel to relax for a while, but I had a surprise for her waiting in the room, I bought her a puppy Cocker Spaniel (her favorite) that was waiting in the room (ribbon and all) needless to say she freaked out totally forgetting I was there....lol

We relaxed, showered and took a nap (puppy in between us) before going to dinner.

At 7:30 the limo arrived to take us to Christy's (same place I proposed to her) in the Gables where friends and family were waiting for a surprise b-day party! She had NO clue!

At around 10 pm I got up to make an announcement, she was looking at me weird of course....lol

I had told her everything (in front of everyone) that she means and has meant to me while asking her if she would marry me, again, on our up coming 15th year anniversary (July 2006).

I married my wife nearly 15 years ago at the age of 21 (she was 18) with much doubt from both sides of our parents and family members and to this day we continue to have an oustanding relationship filled with trust, love and loyality while sticking it to the critics found in our families!

We have 3 great kids Kayla (14),Luna (7) & Elijah (3) who have only enhanced and enriched our llives & love for eachother.

Not only did we prove we could handle our own lives together, but our future as well, my wife was able to finish college (as I did) as an accountant and is now a GM for a TGI Friday's in Miami making mad flow.....lol

All I can say to you Papo329 is whatever you plan or have in mind, just make it "HER" day,a day tailored to her and her alone, because God knows that when the lights get turned off, at that moment it becomes OUR (Mens) night! .....lol

Good luck Hermano.....

OMFG!!!!! THERE STILL ARE ROMANTIC MEN OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sniff sniff* THERE IS HOPE FOR ME YET! :yeey :lol J/K on the real tho ya'll fellas rock! good luck papo! and what u did was awesome guru! big ups to ya'll

God Bless! Wow it is so nice to hear about true love still going strong after 15 years of marriage. Now a days u just do not hear about couples lasting so long! It is so nice to hear...I wish u many more years of happiness, love and devotion!🙂

Mandale flores al trabajo, primero que todo...a ellas le encantan !!!!

my Husband took me to a Broadway play , dinner and then to a birthday party, besides that he does regular stuff like sit and watch the movies I like!..lol

but I was going to suggest a boat ride around the city and dinner, and just let it be all about her, even though she is a Queen in your eyes, make feel it even more that day..you can't go wrong.😉

good luck .

And what I like is she don't know this..YET

I made the arrangments w/o her knowing this... She thinks that I'm staying home on Friday & having friends over to play HALO2 (I have 5 xboxs system linked.. I can have a 20 player game here with NO LAG!! And I usually have ppl over on the weekends to play & chill & eat pizza)

I actually have a HUGE game library of games & almost EVERY game system ever made.. Round about..I have about 15-20 grand into my gameroom & accessories.

But thats another story and post....look for it & we can see how many gamerz there is on this forums

the other night i had a perfect night.

she ordered a pizza that she payed for. she ordered a movie that i hadnt sceen before. in her 50 inch t v. and we had fun while i watched the movie. and then in between doing our thing.

she had yankee rewinds of the world series in 97 and 2000. on the big screen.

and she didnt say hardly anything the whole night. what a perfect night.

i think the whole notion of u wanting to do something for her like that is completely sweet u got a lot of good pointers here the flowers is a great way to get her day started maybe u should also do breakfast together don't ruin the surprises but let her know u have a very special day or weekend planned for her she'll be dizzy (in a goodway) with curiosity then u guys go out & have fun the boat ride the diner & a movie it's sounds perfect not to mention the after hours activities theres stores like lovers secret i don't know if they have them overthere where u can get a lil kit with the rose petals and other lil accesories:dlook they smell nice and u can put them on the bed in a form of a heart and stuff like that but u really do got a beautiful night planned out on ur own too i hope it all goes well.
