im in jeresey and i listen to 103.5...when i go to miami i listen to 93.1 party...i think that station is off the hook...str8 up dance music!!!

WE HAVE KTU TO PROVE IT HERE IN NYC!!

KTU REPPED LARRRRGE BACK IN THE 92 KTU DAYS.....EVEN A FEW YEARS AGO THEY REPPED NICE, BUT NOW ITS A BUNCH OF "DIRTY POP" WITH A FEW FREESTYLE SONGS AND SOME GENERIC CACA HOUSE!!!!!

edaldiere is right...business is business...but in all honesty, we live in one of the biggest cities in the us with clubs all over the place...if there was to be an all day all dance/club music with no hip hop , no pop, just str8 dance music like iio, reina,freestyle, etc....it would be successful...alot fo people nowadays r expanding into different directions with their taste in music and alot of those directions have been going over to club/dance and alternative/rock!! alot of people who used to listen only to hardcore hip hop have been starting to listening to more variety of things!! i really believe a station liike that here in nyc will def have top5 ratings in the fm world!!
 
well what about party 1053 which unfortunalty i dont get there sister station wlir is finally adding an online feed hopefuly 1053 will do the same
 
Stations that play Freestyle?

Anybody know of any stations in or around the balt/dc metro area that play Freestyle? The only time I get to hear new stuff is when I go back to NJ or NY.🙁 Or on LIVE 365...You can rarely find any Freestyle CD's in music stores up this way.... PLEASE HELP!😱 ....ERIN
 
Arizona - power 92.3, #1 for hip hop & r&b has the power workout at noon, a decent amount of freestyle is played here between 12 - 1 o clock noon weekdays. Every Saturday night/sunday morning, afterhourz broadcast from 1am to 4am - nonstop house & trance and some breaks in the mix. SUNDAY, the evening from 6 to 10 pm, lowrider oldies show. oldschool, classic r&b, and the "aquanet set", A SUNDAY NIGHT MIX SHOW from 9 to 10 pm. all classic freestyle mix (trinere, stevie b., connie, lisa lisa, noel li'l suzy...etc) for the second half, 9:30 to 10, then the slow jams & dedications (lights out phoenix). Did I mention this is a hip hop station? 104.7 Kiss F.M., they are urban top 40, playing m,ostly hip hop, dance, R&B, then suddenly you hear one song by tatu or avril lavigne and you go back to power 92. Strange to only play 3 rock/alternative songs. unusual top 40 station.
They have pretty decent dance songs, and surprisingly a freestyle song every now and then if you listen long enough. The Kid & Ruben quick mix that pops up anytime between 5:30 and 10:00 am is all dance. Between 12 - 1, the mix sometimes contains atleast 30 min. dance. The new "kiss out mix" everyday at 5:00 usually has the first 30 minutes of dance & some top 40 booty bass. SATURDAY NIGHTS, and FRIDAY NIGHTS, afterhourz! As you can tell, 103.9 had to die because they all had too much of the same format for copying each other, but now there is energy 92.7 all dance radio. I miss 103.9 the party! went to atlanta then came back and THE EDGE took over 103.9! I hope 92.7 lasts long. They had an all weekend mix this past weekend but it suddenly stopped and now there is silence (or shall I say static?)
