What are the most sought after full-lengths and 12" singles that are out of print?

I am sure this topic has been posted before but I may have missed it and would like to know what are some of the hardest to find/most valuable full-lengths, 12" maxi singles out there. I saw on Ebay "Bernardo's "Why did you...." going for 50 dollars or more. I also saw recently a 12" record that was on EBay from Freestyle for 125 dollars. I wonder what that sold for. I saw Nocera's full-length CD "Over the rainbow" for 86 dollars. I have Tony Moran's "Same sun, same sky" on CD and wonder what that would be valued at.

I dunno Ive heard rumors that my first 12" single Dont let me go Nightmare Records 1993 is a hot piece amongest the collectors.

It should be its so rare I dont even have one for myself.

Wow....I guess not too many sought after releases but Ashley's "Don't let me go". Unfortunately, I don't have this one. I have been looking for De La Mor's "Latin Lover" but haven't been able to get a hold of that one yet.

Cds for "Leave the Lights On" by Monet, "Truth In Disguise" by Denise Lopez, "Over The Rainbow" by Nocera

Good luck in finding an Ashley Vinyl Its extremeley rare . I say probably in the top five

I heard only about 5 in exsistence.

I have been trying to find Monet's and Nocera's for years now. I have Nocera's "Over the rainbow" on cassette but was never able to find it on CD. After seeing it on Ebay once, that was the only time I ever saw one available.
