For some reason I am so happy it is Friday since it is suppose to rain all wekkend yuckusssssssssss so I will be doing major studying since my test date is nearing. Anyone doing anything exciting tonight I am doing la compra and making alcapurias and some merengues 🙂

Hey mama thanks a Merengue is a candy it comes from Puerto Rico, its made from egg whites you use soe salt,cream of tartar sugar limon rind and you basicaly mix it all scoop it p with a spoon and drop them on a wax cookie sheet bake them in the oven and they form into little peaks and when you eeat tehm they are real sweet and basicaly melt in your mouth 🙂
