:yeey we left a deposit with the landlord yesterday and this coming Sunday, we'll be signing the lease and he'll give us the keys. A very special thanks goes out to Sexyangel329, if you hadn't posted this house we'd still be looking. So thank you so much y que Dios te bendiga.
It's a little less living space than we've got now, but now we've got the attic and the basement. There's a huge, fenced-in backyard. The tenants that are leaving now have had two cats and didn't take good care of it, so we got some fixing up to do. The landlord of course is supplying the materials and since we'll be fixing it up, he's gonna let us move in a little earlier. He's letting us bring my daughter's cat, so she's sooooo thrilled. It also comes with a washer and dryer, so no more laundromat...:yeey again. I feel like such a big weight has been lifted off my shoulder. Now comes the packing, changing of addresses and accounts and my daughter's school. It's kind of sad we've had to go, cause I've been in this apartment since my daughter was 2, but hey, time to move on! We don't gotta worry about upstairs or downstairs, or the tv being on too late and bothering the neighbors or if the bed's creaking or if my daughter's making too much noise, and best of all, I don't gotta deal with these psycho neighbors, and, and...it's a little closer to the city so I might be able to get KTU without climbing on my roof (ok, I'm a wee bit excited, verdad?)
