The Vanderbilt used to be a very popular club a few years back but it was to expensive to maintain so they sold it. the new owners rent it out now (as in this case, to PARTY 105) so they can make money without losing what they invested it. the show should be over by 11 so dont anticapate arriving later then 7:30 or 8.
